Roof Covering
Slate Effect - Individually laid synthetic slates combining natural and technological benefits resulting in protection against UV rays, fire, hail and wind, hail and fire. This roofing product comes with a 50 year limited warranty.

Cedar Shingles - We use the highest quality Canadian Blue Label Cedar Shingles professionally tiled by our own skilled craftsmen to give a traditional finish which will colour with age to a silver colour.

Lining and Insulation
To create a year-round work space and reduce noise levels you can opt to line your building; whichever lining finish is chosen your building will be manufactured with a breathable membrane paper behind the external cladding and the cavity will be filled with 70mm insulation.

Option 1: Oak-Faced 12mm Ply - For robust, hard wearing lining the 12mm Oak-Faced Ply lined option enables the hanging of shelves and hooks where required.

Option 2: Matchboard Lining - For a finer finish in natural timber choose the 16mm x 100mm verticals matchboard lining.

Option 3: Painted Bead & Butt MDF - for the painted finished look
Floor Insulation - We can insulate under flooring with 50mm insulation.

Electrical Packs
We have various Electrical Packs available with all Garden Buildings. Choose from White, Chrome, Brushed Nickel or Brass fittings – depending on your individual preferences. As your garden building is built totally to your specifications you can add any items you can think of – such as External Half Lanterns, Air Conditioning Unit or maybe an Alarm System for your office.
